Myofascial Stretch Therapy

Myofascial Stretching is one of the safest and most effective ways to create space and balance in the body. This stretching technique is advanced because of its ability to correct and re-tension the body's fascial chains and affect the nervous system. This is a great solution for those with chronic tension or discomfort in the neck, shoulders, arms, low back, hips, knees, or ankles/feet.
